Managing Your Company in Kolo Business

The My Company section in Kolo Business lets company admins manage company settings and access key business account areas. Use it to view and update your company details, security, preferences, statements, legal information, and support options.

Before you start

To access this section, sign in to your onboarded and verified Kolo Business account as a company admin, then click My Company.

The My Company page may include the following sections:

Sign out of your Kolo Business account


Business Details

The Business Details section shows key information about your company profile.

Here you can view:

  • Email

  • Public Name

  • Business

Some fields may show a Verified status if they have been confirmed.

Email

The business email linked to the company admin account.

Yes.

  1. Click Email

  2. Enter the new email address

  3. Confirm the change with the verification code sent to the new email

Updating this email changes the admin account email only. It does not affect the company, company wallets, business cards, employees, delegated users, or shared wallet access.

Public name

The display name shown in Kolo interfaces, including shared wallet views.

Yes.

  1. Click Public name

  2. Enter the new public name

  3. Click Change Public Name

You can use different languages and special characters. After saving, the new name appears across related Kolo interfaces.

Business

The legal business name tied to your verified company.

No.

This comes from company verification details. If your legal business information is incorrect, contact Kolo support.


Limits

The Limits section shows the spending limits available for your business account.

Here you can check:

  • Daily spending limit

  • Monthly spending limit

These limits apply to payments in regular currency, such as card payments or bank transfers. Crypto transfers are not included.

Each limit shows:

  • the total limit amount

  • how much is left

  • your current usage progress

  • when the limit will reset

If you want to increase your limit, contact Kolo support.


Saved Payment Details

The Saved Payment Details section stores payment details that you can reuse for business payments.

This helps you avoid entering the same payment information each time.

Available actions may depend on the payment details saved in your business account.


Statement

The Statement section lets you request business account statements.

Business statements can be useful for accounting, reporting, and reviewing company wallet or card activity.

To generate statements:

  1. Go to My Company

  2. Click Statement

  3. Choose the available statement type and period

  4. Send the statement to your email


Two-Factor Authentication

The Two-Factor Authentication section helps protect your Kolo Business account with an extra security step.

You may need two-factor authentication for sensitive actions, such as signing in or confirming important account changes.


Preferences

The Preferences section lets you customize how Kolo Business looks and works.

Here you can manage:

  • Language

  • App Theme


Legal & Privacy

The Legal & Privacy section gives access to legal information, privacy-related documents, and policy materials available for your business account.
