Before You Can Issue a Business Card
Before issuing business cards, your company must:
complete B2B onboarding
have KYB verification approved
have business cards available
How Business Card Issuance Works
Each business card is issued from its own wallet. This means:
one wallet can have only one business card
each new card requires a separate wallet
one employee can hold multiple business cards, but each card must still be issued from a separate wallet
The employee selected during the issuance flow becomes the cardholder for that card.
How to Issue a Business Card
Business cards can be issued from the Business account by the company owner (account creator).
To issue a card:
Log in to my.kolo.in/business
Go to Wallets
Create a new wallet or open the wallet you want to issue the card from
Choose Issue Card
Choose an existing employee or create a new one
Review the employee’s details:
full legal name
business email
valid phone number
Confirm the request and accept the required agreement
Complete the card issuance flow
After the card is successfully issued:
the card appears in the selected wallet
the card status becomes Active
the selected employee becomes the cardholder for that card
Issuing the card to the employee grants access — Kolo automatically gives the employee access to the delegated business wallet and the assigned business card.
Within one company, each employee must have a unique email and phone combination.
The same phone number may still be used for employees in different companies or business accounts.
Use only business email addresses (e.g. [email protected]) for employees.
Each employee email can have only one business card issued to it — even if the previous card was already closed or deleted. A closed card does not free up the email for a new card.
If you need to issue another card to the same person, use a different business email address for that employee.
How Employees Get Access
Once the card is issued:
Employee receives an invitation email
Employee signs in to Kolo Personal with the business email address
Delegated profile (aka wallet) with a business card appears in the employee's Kolo Personal interface.
After accepting the invitation, employees can access business wallet and assigned business card.
Employees access their business cards through the Kolo Personal interface at:
Web: my.kolo.in
Mobile app
Telegram mini app: @kolo
Employees can:
view the delegated wallet balance and transactions
view and manage their assigned business card
Employees do not have access to:
other employees’ cards
company-level management features
💡 Pro tip: After the card is issued, you can also optionally share it with another user from the same screen, if needed.
This is an additional step and is not required to complete standard card issuance.
Use this option only when you want to grant another user access in addition to the main cardholder assignment.
