Use Swap to exchange one asset for another inside your Kolo wallet. The exchange rate is fixed at the time of the transaction, and a confirmed swap can't be canceled.
How to Swap
Open Swap.
Select the asset you want to exchange From.
Select the asset you want to exchange To.
Enter the amount.
Review the exchange details and tap Continue.
On the Review Swap screen, check all details carefully and tap Swap.
Kolo automatically calculates the estimated amount you will receive in the To field. You will also see:
your available balance for each asset
the current exchange rate
the calculated amount for the selected pair
If needed, you can switch the selected assets using the swap control between From and To.
Review the exchange rate before confirming. The rate is fixed at the time of the transaction. Once the swap is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
After You Confirm the Swap
After you tap Swap, Kolo completes the exchange and shows a confirmation screen. On this screen, you can see that the original asset was deducted from your balance and the converted asset was added. You can find the completed swap in your transaction history.
When Swap May Be Unavailable

The selected currency pair is not currently supported | Choose a different pair |
The amount is too low or too high | The exact minimum for each direction is shown on the swap screen in the Kolo app while you set up the conversion, so you always see the most up-to-date requirement before confirming |
The selected direction is temporarily unavailable | Try again later |
