Getting Started with Kolo

This article explains how to access Kolo, where to download the app, and how to begin using your wallet and card.

Updating the iOS App

If you already have the Kolo app installed on your iPhone, but you no longer see it when searching in the App Store, you may still be able to update it from your Apple Account updates section.

To update the app:

  1. Open the App Store.

  2. Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner.

  3. Open App Updates.

  4. Find Kolo in the list.

  5. Tap Update.

If Kolo is not shown in the updates list, the app may already be up to date, or the update may not be available for your Apple Account region at the moment.
