What Is a Kolo Transaction ID?
The Kolo transaction ID is an internal ID assigned to a transaction shown in your Kolo app.
Support may ask for this ID to locate and review the exact transaction faster.
Where to Find the Kolo Transaction ID
You can find the Kolo transaction ID in the transaction details screen, but only if the transaction is already visible in Kolo.
To check it:
Open Wallet
Tap Transactions
Select the transaction you need
Open the transaction details
Scroll to the bottom of the screen
Find the ID field
This is the Kolo transaction ID.
When to Use the Kolo Transaction ID
Use this ID when:
the transaction already appears in your Kolo app
Support asks for the internal Kolo transaction ID
you need help with a specific visible operation
What If the Transaction Is Not Visible in Kolo?
If the transaction is not visible in Kolo yet, the Kolo transaction ID will not be available in the app. Only if the transaction is already visible in Kolo and the blockchain transaction data is available.
For incoming crypto deposits, use the blockchain transaction hash instead. It may also be called a TxID or transaction hash.
