Protect the accounts and devices you use to access Kolo
Kolo does not rely on a standalone account password in every access flow, so it is especially important to secure the services and devices you use to access your account.
This includes:
your Telegram account, if you use Kolo via Telegram Mini App
your phone and app access, if you use the iOS or Android app
your email account, if it is used for confirmations, alerts, or recovery
To keep your account safer:
✅ enable Two-Step Verification in Telegram
✅ use a device passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint lock
✅ enable app-level protection where available
✅ secure your email with a strong password and 2FA
✅ never share login or verification codes
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of protection to your account.
When 2FA is enabled, you will need a one-time code from your authenticator app to log in or confirm certain sensitive actions.
💡 We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for all Kolo users.
Never share verification codes or sensitive details
Kolo support will never ask you to share:
your 2FA code
SMS or email verification codes
full card details
CVV/CVC code
If anyone asks for this information, do not share it.
Verification codes should only be entered by you in the Kolo app or on the official Kolo website.
Be careful with links and messages
Scammers may try to trick you into opening fake websites or sharing personal information.
Be cautious if you receive messages that:
create urgency or pressure
ask you to log in through a link
ask for verification codes
promise rewards in exchange for personal data
Before entering any account information, make sure you are using the official Kolo app or the official Kolo website.
⚠️ If something looks suspicious, do not continue.
Review your account activity regularly
Check your account activity from time to time so you can spot anything unusual quickly.
Pay attention to:
transactions you do not recognize
card payments you did not make
security actions you did not request
unexpected changes to your contact details or settings
If you notice something suspicious, contact support as soon as possible.
Use only your own details
Make sure your Kolo account is used only by you and with your own verified information.
For your security, do not:
share your account with another person
let someone else complete security steps on your behalf
use someone else’s email, phone number, or payment details unless explicitly allowed in the product flow
This helps reduce the risk of fraud, account access issues, and verification problems.
What to do if you think your account is at risk
If you think someone may have accessed your account, act as quickly as possible.
Recommended steps:
Secure your Telegram account, email, and device
Disable access on any device you do not trust
Review recent transactions and activity
Enable or re-check your security settings
Contact Kolo support
If relevant, include details such as:
what happened
when you noticed it
the transaction ID, if the issue is related to a payment or transfer
screenshots, if available
