Changing Your Card Design in the Kolo App
If card design customization is available for your account, you can change it directly in the Kolo app:
Open the Kolo app
Go to Card Details
Select the design option (if available)
Choose your preferred design
If you do not see a design selection option, this feature is currently not available for your card type or account.
Mobile Wallet Appearance
Mobile wallets (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, Samsung Wallet) do not allow manual design changes directly inside their apps.
If you update your card design in the Kolo app, you may need to remove and re-add the card to refresh how it appears in your mobile wallet.
Apple Wallet
To refresh the card design:
Step 1: Remove the card
Open the Wallet app
Select your Kolo card
Tap More (•••)
Tap Remove Card
Step 2: Add the card again
Open the Kolo app
Go to Card Details
Tap Add to Apple Pay
Follow the on-screen instructions
In most cases, the updated design will appear after re-adding the card.
Google Wallet (Android)
Google Wallet does not support manual design switching.
To refresh the appearance:
Open Google Wallet
Select your Kolo card
Remove the card
Re-add the card from the Kolo app using “Add to Google Pay”
The updated design may appear after re-adding the card.
Samsung Wallet
Samsung Wallet also does not allow manual design changes.
To refresh the design:
Open Samsung Wallet
Remove your Kolo card
Re-add it from the Kolo app following the wallet setup process
The appearance should update after re-adding the card.
Important Notes
Removing a card from a mobile wallet does not cancel or block the card.
Your balance and transaction history remain unchanged.
Mobile wallets control how cards are displayed.
Some design updates may take time to reflect

No. Changing your card design does not:
Delete your transaction history
Cancel subscriptions
Change your card number
Affect your balance
It only updates the visual appearance of the card.
