Kolo support will never ask you to share your card PIN, CVV, full card number, SMS code, email code, or 2FA code.

If PIN change is available in your card settings, open your card details and follow the PIN setup or change flow. If you cannot find this option, contact Kolo support.

No. Your card PIN and 2FA code are different. Your card PIN is used for card payments when required. Your 2FA code is used to protect your Kolo account and confirm sensitive actions.
