When to Check Kolo Status
Check Kolo Status if:
You can't open Kolo or sign in
Your deposit, withdrawal, or IBAN transfer is abnormally delayed
Your card payment is not processing
You can't issue or manage your card
Your verification is not working
You want to check if there is planned maintenance
If Your Issue Is Not Listed
If there's no active incident related to your issue but you still have a problem, it may be specific to your account, transaction, card, device, or verification. In this case, please contact Kolo Support.
