When Emails Usually Arrive
Some emails are sent almost immediately. Others may take a little longer, depending on the type of request.
If you don’t see the email right away, wait a few minutes and check all mail folders.
Why an Email May Not Arrive
There are several common reasons you may not see the email:
there can be a short delivery delay (up to 5 minutes)
the email was filtered into Spam, Promotions, Updates, or another folder
your email provider delayed or blocked delivery
the request is still being processed
the email was sent to a different address linked to your account or request

If you can’t find the email, please:
check your Inbox
check Spam, Promotions, Updates, and All Mail
search for emails from Kolo
wait a few more minutes and check again
make sure you are checking the correct email address
