This article explains when those emails usually arrive and what to do if you don’t receive one.

Kolo may send email notifications for certain actions related to your account or operations.

These emails can include links, instructions, confirmations, or requested files. If you expected an email but haven’t received it, here are a few things to check.

What Emails You May Receive

Depending on the action, Kolo may send emails such as:

  • requested statements or reports

  • confirmation links

  • instructions for the next step

  • operation-related updates

  • support communication

Not every action triggers an email notification.

When Emails Usually Arrive

Some emails are sent almost immediately. Others may take a little longer, depending on the type of request.

If you don’t see the email right away, wait a few minutes and check all mail folders.

Why an Email May Not Arrive

There are several common reasons you may not see the email:

  • there can be a short delivery delay (up to 5 minutes)

  • the email was filtered into Spam, Promotions, Updates, or another folder

  • your email provider delayed or blocked delivery

  • the request is still being processed

  • the email was sent to a different address linked to your account or request

What To Check First

If you can’t find the email, please:

  1. check your Inbox

  2. check Spam, Promotions, Updates, and All Mail

  3. search for emails from Kolo

  4. wait a few more minutes and check again

  5. make sure you are checking the correct email address

If you still can’t find the email after checking all folders, contact support and share:

  • what action you completed

  • what email you expected

  • which email address you checked

  • when you expected to receive it
