Where to find card settings

After you receive the card, it will appear in your Wallet tab.

You can open all card settings in either of these ways:

  • Wallet β†’ select your card

  • Wallet (upper right corner) β†’ Slider icon

Locking a card (temporary)

What it does

  • Temporarily blocks card payments while the card is locked.

  • You can unlock the card anytime.

When to use it

  • Your card details might be exposed.

  • You see a suspicious transaction.

How to lock your card

  1. Open Wallet and select your card

  2. Tap Lock card

  3. Confirm by tapping Lock card

Pitfalls to know

While locked, the card cannot be used for:

  • Card payments in stores

  • Online payments

If a payment is failing, make sure the card is unlocked before troubleshooting anything else.

πŸ’‘ If you just need a temporary pause (for example, you misplaced your phone or suspect suspicious activity), lock the card.

Terminating a card (permanent)

What it does

  • Permanently closes the card.

  • The card will be gone for good.

  • Subscriptions and linked services connected to this card will stop working.

  • You cannot recover the same card after termination.

πŸ’³ Personal accounts can have up to 3 active cards at the same time.

We do not recommend issuing more than 5 cards in total, as additional restrictions may apply.

Frequent card termination and reissue may limit your ability to issue new cards in the future.

When to use it

  • Your card data is lost or stolen and you do not want it to ever work again.

  • You no longer want to use this card and you are comfortable updating subscriptions elsewhere.

How to terminate your card

  1. Open Wallet and select your card.

  2. Tap Terminate card.

  3. Read the warnings carefully.

  4. Check the confirmation box that you understand the action is permanent.

  5. Tap Terminate card.

Pitfalls to know

❗️If you are sure you will never use this card again, terminate the card. Termination is permanent.
