If you already sent a deposit from HTX
Check whether the deposit appears in your Kolo wallet.
If it’s not visible, contact Kolo Support and share transaction hash / TxID.
Do not send the same deposit again while it’s being checked.

checking addresses through open AML services before sending — these show the risk level of an address;
