Before You Start
Before adding your card to a mobile wallet, make sure:
your Kolo card is active
your card is not frozen or terminated
your device supports Apple Pay or Google Pay
your device has the latest OS version installed
you have a stable internet connection
For Apple Pay, also make sure that:
Apple Pay is officially supported in your Apple Account country or region
the country of residence you provided during KYC onboarding is also included in Apple’s supported countries and regions list.
Apple publishes the current supported countries and regions here: Apple Pay supported countries and regions.
Important: your physical location does not determine eligibility. Apple Pay setup may depend both on your Apple Account country and region and on the country of residence you provided during KYC onboarding.

Troubleshooting
Wallet | Common message / issue | What to do |
Apple Pay / Google Pay | Card can’t be added / setup failed | First, check: the card is active and not frozen, the details are correct (manual add), the device supports the wallet, OS + wallet app are up to date, and the internet connection is stable. Then try: restart the device, remove and re-add the card, and try again later (avoid many repeated attempts). If it still fails, contact support and include the exact error message, device model, and OS version. |
Apple Pay | Contact card issuer / Try again later | This usually means Apple Wallet couldn’t complete provisioning or the issuer needs to approve the card. Try again later. If it persists, contact support with the exact message + screenshots. |
Apple Pay | Device limit reached | The card is already added to the maximum number of devices. Remove it from another device, then try again. |
Apple Pay | Apple Pay isn’t available in your country/region setup failed | Check whether Apple Pay is supported for your Apple Account country or region and whether the country of residence you provided during KYC onboarding is also included in Apple’s supported countries and regions list. |
Google Pay | Couldn’t finish card setup for tap to pay / contact your bank | Restart the device, update Google Wallet + Google Play Services, then try again later. If it persists, contact support/your bank with the exact message, device model, and Android version. |
