How to Issue a Business Card

Business cards can be issued from the Business account by the company owner (account creator).

To issue a card:

  1. Go to Wallets

  3. Choose Issue Card

  4. Select an existing employee or create a new one

  5. Review the employee’s details:

    • full legal name

    • business email

    • phone number

  6. Confirm the request and accept the required agreement

  7. Complete the card issuance flow

Use only business email addresses (e.g. [email protected]) for employees.

Yes. A company can issue cards to different employees after onboarding is complete.

Can the same employee have access to more than one business card?

Yes. The system supports issuing multiple business cards to the same employee.

Can I share a business wallet with an employee without issuing a card?

Yes. In Kolo Business, you can grant an employee access to a business wallet even if no card has been issued yet. This means the employee can get access to the delegated wallet separately, while card issuance remains an optional step.

Does the wallet name have to match the employee’s name?

Choose a clear name that helps you identify the wallet easily. This name is also visible to the employee when they access the delegated business wallet.
