You can use your Kolo card anywhere Visa is accepted worldwide 🗺️, except in the countries and regions listed below. These restrictions apply both to card payments and to ATM cash withdrawals. The restrictions differ slightly between the USD Card and the EUR Card, so please check the section for your card.

These countries are restricted due to international sanctions. Transactions will be automatically declined:

🇺🇦 Ukraine
Kolo USD Card payments with Ukrainian merchants, or payments processed in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH), are not supported and are automatically declined due to card provider restrictions. ATM cash withdrawals in Ukraine are also not available. These restrictions apply to the USD Card (BIN 454905) only — they do not apply to the EUR Card.

For other countries, you can use your Kolo Card at merchants and online stores that accept Visa.

your card is active
your card is not locked or terminated
you have enough available balance
the merchant accepts Visa
the transaction does not fall under other card risk or merchant restrictions
the ATM supports contactless / NFC payments (for cash withdrawals)
