🚫 Countries where Kolo Card payments are not supported
These countries are restricted due to international sanctions. Transactions will be automatically declined:
🇸🇾 Syria
🇮🇷 Iran
🇨🇺 Cuba
🇰🇵 North Korea
🇷🇺 Russia
🇻🇪 Venezuela
⚠️ Regulatory restrictions
🇺🇦 Ukraine
Ukraine has a separate payment restriction.
Kolo Card payments with Ukrainian merchants or payments processed in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) are not supported. These transactions may be automatically declined due to card provider restrictions.
This restriction applies to card payments only. Other Kolo features may still be available depending on your account, verification status, and product availability.

For other countries, you can use your Kolo Card at merchants and online stores that accept Visa.
